Mini Ink Seoul (“we”), the casual tattoo line by Onsil Ink led by artist Haesol Choi, uses a static website and a small set of service providers to receive booking requests, deliver notifications, and understand site use. This page describes the current data flow without creating guarantees beyond our actual practices.

1. Information we collect

  • Inquiry / booking data: name, email, optional messenger handle, requested design, size, placement, timing, urgency, budget range, and any other details you enter in the booking form.
  • Submission identifier: a random UUID is created when the booking page loads and is reused for retries made on that page. It is used to connect form delivery, relay, and completion events and is not intended to identify you by itself.
  • Site analytics: page views, referrer, device and language information, and limited booking funnel events. Booking analytics include the pseudonymous submission identifier and form metadata, not the name, email, design message, or messenger handle entered in the form.
  • Hosting logs: standard request, security, and reliability logs generated while Vercel serves the static site.

2. Why we collect it

  • To receive and respond to booking inquiries, discuss the requested tattoo, and arrange a consultation or appointment.
  • To deliver a separate Gmail notification after the booking provider confirms a submission, while reducing duplicate notifications for the same submission identifier on a best-effort basis.
  • To understand whether the site and booking path are working and how visitors discover them.

3. How long we keep it

  • Booking inquiries: are processed by Web3Forms for delivery and may remain in the Gmail inbox used to answer the inquiry for as long as needed for the booking conversation, studio records, or a deletion request. Service providers may also retain operational records according to their own settings and policies.
  • Analytics: retained according to the current Umami configuration and removed or aggregated during routine maintenance.
  • Hosting and delivery logs: retained and rotated according to the relevant provider’s operational settings.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal information. The current site uses these service providers:

  • Vercel Inc. — static website hosting, delivery, and request logs.
  • Web3Forms — receives the booking form and confirms whether it was accepted.
  • Google LLC (Gmail) — receives the booking notification relayed through Onsil Ink’s mail account after Web3Forms success.
  • Umami — analytics served from umami.onsil.ink; booking events use form metadata and the pseudonymous submission identifier rather than booking-message PII.

5. Your choices and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information connected to your inquiry. Email booking@onsil.ink with the subject line “Privacy Request”. We may ask for enough information to locate the relevant inquiry and verify that the request relates to you.

You can also contact the Korean Personal Information Protection Commission at pipc.go.kr for general information about privacy rights in Korea.

6. Children

The booking service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly ask minors to submit booking information. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information, contact us at the email above so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

7. Privacy contact
